We are recruiting for a growing organisation who are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to work out of their head office in Preston. This role is working with their subcontractors to make sure they are performing their Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to time, this is an expansion role due to increased national contracts won during the past 18 months.

Knowledge of forward planning and scheduling of PPM works and using a CAFM system is key to this role. This role is a full-time office-based role, not hybrid however there is flexibility on start and finish times, Monday to Friday, no weekends or evenings required.

  • Attention to detail and reporting - Essential
  • Scheduling of Engineers PPM workloads - Desirable
  • IT Skills and Reporting on CAFM systems - Desirable

This role would suit people who have worked within Facilities Management, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, or a Hire organisation or within other similar industries where service engineers PPM workloads are scheduled.
