ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST
PRESTON, LANCASHIRE
£38,000 – £48,000 PA (D.O.E.)

They are actively seeking experienced Architect Technologists to join their detailed design team team and play a key role in the design and delivery of their strong portfolio of Higher Education, Sci-Tech and Advanced Manufacturing projects.

The Role:
Working with the dedicated project design team you will support the detailed design delivery for a broad variety of often complex schemes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Support the technical delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with design teams and other stakeholders to develop innovative and practical solutions for design challenges.
- Coordinate with contractors and external design consultants.
- Ensure high standards of technical documentation and project coordination
- Undertake site visits, providing technical guidance and resolving site queries effectively.
About you
Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- A minimum of 3 years relevant detailed design experience.
- Familiarity with larger Higher Education, Sc-Tech or Industrial projects would be an advantage, but is not essential.
- Must be proficient with AutoDesk REVIT.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplined design and delivery teams.
