Job Title: Fabricator Welder Location: Cheshire Salary: £33-34,000 Join our client\’s growing production team as a Fabricator Welder, specialising in TIG and MIG welding. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-grade materials and mixed metals, ensuring high-quality standards. Be part of a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Perform TIG and MIG welding on various gauges of material. Dress, polish, and grain stainless steel fabrications. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Maintain equipment and work areas in line with 5S principles. Recommend process improvements for operational efficiency and safety. Key Skills/Attributes & Experience: NVQ Level 3 Welder (or equivalent) or min. 5 years welding experieince Proficient in TIG and MIG welding. Strong ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Company Benefits: 25 days leave plus bank holidays. Health plan eligibility after probation. 9-day fortnight working pattern. Pension scheme (Employee 5%, Employer 4%). Progression through pay bands with experience. Death in Service benefit (4 times base salary). Paid company sick pay (after probation). Long service award with additional leave after 5, 10, and 15 years.
