Our client, a recognised leader in delivering complex, high-profile regeneration and commercial projects, is seeking an experienced and professionally qualified Senior Project Manager to join their expanding delivery team.
This is a standout opportunity to work at the forefront of the built environment on some of the UK's most ambitious regeneration and industrial development programmes. You will be instrumental in shaping schemes across Urban Regeneration, Industrial Warehousing & Logistics, and Data Centres.
About the Role:
You will be a key figure in leading the delivery of large-scale developments from concept through to completion. Working in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure exceptional project outcomes, overseeing programme, cost, and quality performance at every stage.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the full lifecycle delivery of major construction projects
- Providing clear, executive-level reporting to senior stakeholders and board members
- Managing multi-disciplinary teams and third-party consultants
- Administering contracts and driving high standards in project controls
- Championing best practices in sustainability, innovation, and delivery excellence
About You:
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of five years’ project management experience in relevant sectors, ideally gained within a leading consultancy or developer environment. You will have a demonstrable track record of working at Senior, Associate, or Associate Director level, and thrive in complex, fast-paced project settings.
Essential Attributes:
- Extensive experience within Urban Regeneration, Logistics & Industrial, or Data Centre projects
- Professionally qualified – ideally chartered through RICS, MCIOB, or APM
- Strong commercial awareness with solid contract administration expertise
- Exceptional planning, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable operating at senior level with both technical teams and corporate leadership
