Production Supervisor – Engineering – upto £44k + Package We are recruiting for a growing organisation with an order book through to 2045 who are looking for a Production Supervisor This role is a hands off the tools site-based position, with occasional visits out to clients sites a few times a year across the UK and will involve overnight stays This role is managing and leading teams within production and Identifying process improvements, health & safety, quality control, hitting production targets, managing development plans for staff and leading business initiatives. Working with the Head of Production to maintain high quality and output standards, develop and drive the production team across improvements. Production Supervisor – Package Salary upto £44k Company Bonus Private Pension Death in Service Full Sick pay 26 Days + Bank Holidays Production Supervisor – Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Engineering (or equivalent) – Essential Strong communication and problem-solving skills – Essential Willingness to train and develop new skills within the company – Essential Supervisory experience in production / manufacturing – Essential Health & Safety certification – Essential DBS Cleared – Essential Experience in a quality-controlled environment – Desirable Heavy manufacturing or fabrication equipment experience – Desirable Driving License – Desirable This would suit someone who has worked within Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Heavy Manufacturing, Production, Fabrication, Technical Engineering, or a Manufacturing Workshop. We will accept applications from those who have worked as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, Manufacturing Team Leader, Production Team Leader, Fabrication Supervisor, Mechanical Technician, Mechanical Engineer, Multi Skilled Engineer, Service Engineer or other Technical Engineers who are looking to step up into a Production Supervisor role.
