About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Printer to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and oversee designated machines, equipment, and processes, ensuring they meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) standards. You\\\’ll take ownership of your area, providing hour-to-hour leadership and reporting on performance, driving efficiency, and ensuring effective utilisation of resources.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain polymer printing machinery in line with SQCDP objectives.
- Lead and oversee your designated area, driving compliance with PPE and safety protocols.
- Monitor and report on production performance, escalating issues as needed.
- Identify and implement recovery plans to meet production targets.
- Provide escalation support for operators and cover for the Process Leader when required.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Utilise MiQuest for all engineering-related tasks.
