This role is open to experienced candidates across the UK, with occasional travel required to the organisation’s northern offices.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring PAS 2035-compliant retrofit projects are delivered to specification, on time and within budget, while supporting capability growth across the wider retrofit function.
What You Will Be Doing
Project Delivery & Technical Leadership
Lead and deliver retrofit projects across multiple sectors and clients.
Ensure all works meet PAS 2035 standards, client requirements, budgets and timescales.
Drive technical assurance, strategy development and performance improvement.
Team Development & Capability Building
Mentor, train and support new Retrofit Coordinators and Assessors.
Build technical competence and team capacity to meet ambitious growth targets.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and sector networks.
Produce high-quality technical reports and present confidently to stakeholders.
Quality, Compliance & Safety
Embed robust quality assurance practices and champion health & safety.
Contribute to continuous improvement and delivery of excellence across all projects.
Commercial & Business Development
Support business development activities, including tender submissions, proposals, webinars and thought leadership.
Ensure operational and commercial KPIs are met, including utilisation and financial performance.
What We’re Looking For
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing retrofit projects (PAS 2035 / building physics / energy efficiency).
Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management.
Level 3 qualification in a built-environment discipline.
Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor.
Strong knowledge of PAS 2030, PAS 2035 and the energy efficiency/fuel poverty sectors.
