Responsibilities
- Work within their modern city centre studio on a range of exciting and fast-paced projects in the hospitality and retail sectors.
- Take significant responsibility and contribute to delivery across relevant project stages.
- Work as part of a team reporting to a job runner but be expected to work independently.
Qualifications
- Minimum HNC / HND or equivalent; at least 3 years post-qualification experience, across all RIBA plan of work stages.
- Experience of retail / commercial interior fit-out packages, including bespoke detailing and specification writing (advantage).
- Fully proficient in Autodesk Revit.
- Up to date with current building regulations, technical guidance, and codes of practice.
