The Opportunity

As part of a growing and well-respected Infrastructure team, you’ll provide strategic advice and hands-on delivery across nationally significant infrastructure schemes. This is a client-facing role requiring strong negotiation skills, technical expertise, and the ability to lead projects and mentor others.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering property advice and land assembly services for major infrastructure schemes.
  • Preparing valuations in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.
  • Supporting clients through CPO processes, compensation negotiations, and land access agreements.
  • Developing new client relationships and contributing to business development locally.
  • Leading lease negotiations, site sourcing, and feasibility appraisals.
  • Managing junior surveyors and contributing to internal best-practice processes.
  • Providing guidance on legal, statutory and regulatory matters relevant to infrastructure delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer (preferred).
  • Demonstrable post-qualified experience in infrastructure, rural, or general practice surveying.
  • Experience or interest in CPO and compensation matters; full training provided if needed.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a client-first mindset.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel across project locations (full driving licence required).
