The Opportunity
As part of a growing and well-respected Infrastructure team, you’ll provide strategic advice and hands-on delivery across nationally significant infrastructure schemes. This is a client-facing role requiring strong negotiation skills, technical expertise, and the ability to lead projects and mentor others.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering property advice and land assembly services for major infrastructure schemes.
- Preparing valuations in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.
- Supporting clients through CPO processes, compensation negotiations, and land access agreements.
- Developing new client relationships and contributing to business development locally.
- Leading lease negotiations, site sourcing, and feasibility appraisals.
- Managing junior surveyors and contributing to internal best-practice processes.
- Providing guidance on legal, statutory and regulatory matters relevant to infrastructure delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer (preferred).
- Demonstrable post-qualified experience in infrastructure, rural, or general practice surveying.
- Experience or interest in CPO and compensation matters – full training provided if needed.
- Strong commercial acumen and a client-first mindset.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across project locations (full driving licence required).
