We are seeking a proactive Creative Marketing Manager to help elevate Perowne International's brand presence across digital platforms. This role supports the strategic development and execution of content across social media, newsletters, podcasts, and the company website ensuring consistent storytelling that reflects our agency's voice, creativity, and expertise.
You will work closely with the Associate Director, Marketing and consultancy teams across our global offices to manage content calendars, create engaging posts, and track performance to drive awareness and engagement.
Location: London (Hybrid, 34 days in the office)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Reports to: Associate Director, Marketing
Start date: Immediate or flexible
Salary Range: 34 - 37k
Role Overview: As we continue to grow our global profile, our in-house communications and marketing function plays a vital role in shaping and sharing our story from expanding our thought-leadership platform Unpacked, to developing our Hotels with History podcast, to leading content across our social and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the development and delivery of Perowne's overarching content and social media strategy across key channels.
- Maintain and evolve the master content calendar across all owned platforms, aligning with agency priorities and brand initiatives.
- Introduce reporting and engagement metrics to monitor performance and inform future strategy.
- Manage day-to-day activity and community engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
- Develop creative, on-brand content that engages audiences and reflects the agency's personality.
- Work with colleagues globally to gather updates, stories, and visual content.
- Stay informed of platform developments and trends to ensure Perowne remains relevant and forward-thinking.
- Writing social media captions, blog posts, and newsletter content with precision and tone consistency.
- Curate visuals, reels, and short-form video content for digital storytelling.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director, Marketing, editors, and designers to bring creative ideas to life.
- Support the production of the Hotels with History and Unpacked podcasts, from guest coordination and scheduling to promotional strategy across digital channels.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of the Perowne newsletter, ensuring timely delivery and subscriber growth.
- Maintain the Perowne International website content - updating news, press coverage, and client information.
- Partner with teams across global offices to ensure alignment in voice and strategy.
- Bring creative thinking, curiosity, and insight to new initiatives and formats.
- Contribute ideas for brand evolution, content innovation, and campaign partnerships.
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in digital communications, social media, or content marketing (agency or in-house).
- Self-starter confident in driving campaigns and seeing them through from start to completion.
- Strong writing skills with attention to tone, storytelling, and brand voice.
- Demonstrated creativity and understanding of visual content production (reels, imagery, video).
- Experience managing multi-channel calendars and publishing tools.
- Confident understanding of social analytics and performance measurement.
- Passion for luxury, travel, and design sectors.
- A curious, collaborative, and proactive approach to work.
