Your unique contribution

You will play a key role in driving media efficiency & effectiveness across our portfolio, spanning data, activation, and strategic support.

This role blends hands‑on campaign delivery with forward‑thinking, ensuring we maximise performance, efficiency, and impact across our portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities

  • Data & Measurement Excellence
  • Champion best‑in‑class data practices to power smarter decision‑making and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support data collection and reporting processes.
  • Assist with campaign tracking and measurement implementation (UTMS, pixels).
  • Maintain campaign taxonomy, UTMs and tagging frameworks.
  • Support reporting and insight generation (by creating agents within Copilot).
  • Activation & Campaign Excellence
  • Deliver high‑performing campaigns through hands‑on activation, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support brand teams & media agency with campaign setup, asset matrix completion.
  • Assist with paid social and paid search campaign management.
  • Monitor campaign performance and escalat[e] optimisation opportunities.
  • Produce regular campaign reports and summaries.
  • Strategy & Partnerships Support
  • Support the delivery of effective media strategy through strong collaboration and partner management.
  • Support the delivery of media plans
  • Coordinate with agency and media partners (e. g. Google, Meta, programmatic platforms).
  • Assist with campaign administration and partner communications.
  • Contribute ideas and learnings from campaign activity.
