Your new team This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. Key responsibilities

  • Brand‑market performance analysis.
  • Contribute performance analysis of global Scotch brands within team reporting packs.
  • Drive the conversion of data to insights to decision support whilst enhancing the usage of analytical tools such as PowerBI.
  • Allocations & Managed Supply Process: Drive harmonised end‑to‑end allocation and managed supply process for Gold Business Unit.
  • RGM: Lead analyses that directly shape price realisation, mix optimisation and margin delivery across markets.
  • On‑going business partnering responsibility.
  • Provision of financial and analytical support.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to support business priorities, particularly Business Acceleration & S&OP team.
  • Ad‑hoc projects in line with our goal to become a strong and reliable business partner.

Your main stakeholders and partners within Chivas Brothers will be the Brand team, Portfolio Growth Activation team, Strategy Insights and Effectiveness team, Inventory team, NPD project team and your team members in Finance and Revenue Growth Management. You will also have interactions with the Chivas Brothers Executive team and the broader teams within Pernod Ricard such as Finance HQ team.

  • Have experience with business analysis, forecasting and P&L analysis.
  • Demonstrated strong skills in financial modelling with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Systems and tools savvy with prior experience in developing PowerBI dashboards.
  • Possess a strong strategic mindset and a good storyteller.
  • Able to confidently communicate and present to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and cross‑functions.
  • Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment where you would have to continuously adapt and prioritise based on changing business needs.
