This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. At Chivas Brothers, our 1,600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future, as well as opening it up to new audiences across the globe.
The purpose of this role is to lead and elevate prestige hospitality across Strathisla and Linn House, ensuring excellence in guest experience, team performance, and alignment with the global prestige hospitality vision.
You will have three main areas of responsibility:
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of immersive, high-end guest experiences aligned with luxury positioning and storytelling.
- Ensure the consistent application of prestige service principles, aesthetics, and rituals across all guest touchpoints.
- Deliver seamless guest journeys that reflect brand values, combining authenticity, refinement, and emotional connection.
- Translate and implement the global prestige hospitality standards and brand strategies within the Scottish Brand Homes.
- Maintain close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reactivity, proactivity, and operational excellence.
- Guarantee the consistent application of quality standards and a culture of service excellence.
Operational leadership & team development:
- Oversee operations across both sites, ensuring day-to-day excellence and an elevated guest experience.
- Act as a driver of sales effectiveness, optimizing revenue, pricing, and occupancy strategies.
- Manage Brand Homes’ P&L, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with budget and performance objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to maximize synergies, particularly around retail, ultra-prestige offerings.
- Ensure adherence to financial targets and cost control while safeguarding quality and guest satisfaction.
Strategic insights & representation:
- Monitor market dynamics, regional trends, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and strategic priorities for the Scottish prestige Brand Homes.
- Contribute to the visibility & reputation of Strathisla & Linn House internally and externally within the luxury tourism ecosystem.
- Represent the Scottish Brand Homes at key events and act as an ambassador of Pernod Ricard’s prestige hospitality.

- Luxury Hospitality Operational Service expertise: ability to analyse and improve prestige hospitality and customer experience offering.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong proficiency in revenue management, marketing, financial planning, and using property management systems to drive profitability.
- Tech savvy — ability and experience in working with online booking systems.
- Good understanding of digital ecosystem to optimise the customer journey, and interest in new tech solutions.
- Ideally a strong understanding of key marketing and brand strategies, to drive alignment of Prestige Hospitality execution with global brand strategy.
- Passion for travel and hospitality.
- Interest in & understanding of retail, whisky & spirits industry.
- Willingness to travel around each site – driving licence essential.
Leadership Capability:
- People Management and Team Leadership experience - a flexible, inspiring and hands-on management approach.
- Relationship building – ability to communicate with and build and foster relationships across all levels within the company, and also with industry and community stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, positive self-starter, with excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
