Responsibilities

This position sits in our Pernod Ricard UK (PRUK) business. As a member of the marketing department, you will work cross-functionally to ensure our brands are present and play an active role in the moments that matter in consumers' lives. You will have a commitment to efficiency and ROI, to learning and improving and sharing best practice across the department and markets to enable us to accelerate our performance.

You will have a clear view of the big initiatives that will accelerate growth for our business, from A&P investment, to NPD (New Product Development), to digital acceleration & experiential, and you will focus on delivering these with impact so we can achieve our goal.

As the Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a key role and reach a variety of business functions including external retailer customers, agencies, commercial, marketing and eCommerce teams, all of whom support the eCommerce development at Pernod Ricard. This role will primarily focus on delivering best in class consumer experience and delivering conversion across our online retailers with key focus on grocery.com.

This role will focus on the online customer experience with emphasis on how our brands are represented across our retailer eCommerce sites. Making key investment decisions and media plans ensuring we have optimum presence and gaining ‘share of voice’, working closely with our internal Digital Content Specialist, ensure our digital shelf presence is best in class to inspire our shoppers in aim to increase conversion, customer numbers and maintain brand loyalty.

With ample support from the team lead, you will focus on how Pernod Ricard UK brands are represented in the digital world. A passion for Digital and eCommerce, strong communication skills and proactivity will be key to the success of this role.

You will be a part of the wider Performance Marketing team connecting the dots between e-media and online channels for the wider business. Your role will be focused on delivering on customer growth strategy, building media plans and executing with the support of our external agencies.

Day-to-day management of display media plans and performance marketing budgets (Citrus & Criteo) across grocery.com accounts. Management of media agency to ensure execution of campaign/strategy alignment, optimisations, portfolio prioritisation and planning, forecasting, and invoice management.

Cross collaboration with commercial leads and brand marketers for bespoke online marketing opportunities. Support in delivering customer brand days and QBRs. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights reporting back to key stakeholders.

Utilise ‘Digital Shelf’ tools to measure ‘share of voice’, connect the dots from social media platforms/eCRM to retailer sites to drive sales. Assist in delivery of new and innovative online experiences working closely with Brand, eCommerce and Experiential teams. Collate data and insights from test and learns and build compelling best practice cases and other key findings.

Planning and production of eCommerce media content liaising with brand and e-Commerce teams coordinating content inputs, design and layout work, gathering approvals and digital production oversight.
