Responsibilities:

  • Provide end‑to‑end deployment of Operations (Manufacturing, Supply Chain) and Corporate products at the local affiliate level.
  • Manage and develop Proximity Specialists to oversee demand, testing, and change management.
  • Lead the key user community and drive change‑management activities to support the deployment of functional products.
  • Capture affiliates' needs and specificities on a product domain: collect, qualify, assess and contribute to demand backlog review, prioritization and validation.
  • Drive roll‑out and change‑management activities for LEAP/MDM and global products: set up roll‑out size, allocate resources, validate test scenarios and cutover plans.
  • Monitor adoption, success realization and quality/quantity of value delivered, coordinate animation of the local community and collect feedback.
  • Ensure the RUN of local applications, improve the RUN of local applications, and drive APP portfolio rationalisation.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Operations and Corporate domain scope, with a deep understanding of challenges in the product domain for their geographical scope.
  • Mastery of adoption/change‑management and testing/deployment methods & tools.
  • Strong experience in project management.
  • Mastery of agile principles & associated ways of working.
  • Technical foundation (Systems Architecture, Data Analytics, Security…).
  • Good industry knowledge and insights into key challenges for Operations and Corporate functions.
  • Experience in people management, preferably within a multiple‑team structure and different locations.
