Our UK headquarters is in London, in a brand-new office designed with sustainability, ‘conviviality’ and collaboration in mind. We also have offices in Scotland and various distilleries and production sites across the UK from Plymouth to London to Speyside. We are an organisation of around 2,000 employees in the UK, 600 of which are based in London.

Your team: Chivas Regal is one of the world’s leading luxury spirit brands and a highly strategic priority within the Pernod Ricard group. The brand has recently undergone a fundamental evolution of its positioning and switched to a new cultural platform in elite sports. This has led us to redefine our approach to social and digital with our consumer.
We’re looking for a Social and Digital Marketing Manager to help us accelerate our social and digital approach. We’re now into year two of our sports led approach and we’re building strong momentum. But the job to be done is to really drive traction and impact on social and digital.
This role is pivotal; we know that to drive relevance at scale we need to unlock social, creator and digital. We’ve had some good groundwork, but we now have an exciting opportunity to accelerate and create impact at scale. And so we’re looking for someone who is dynamic, lives and breathes social, digital and creator and wants to come onboard and change the game.
Key responsibilities
- VISION & PLANNING
- Determine the vision for the Chivas Regal Social and digital strategy and agenda in collaboration with Global Brand Director.
- Lead all aspects of global social and digital from day to day management through to creating seamless integrated 360 campaigns that drive brand relevance and bring the cultural platform to life.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure creative excellence – from creative development through to amplification and campaign effectiveness.
- Lead new approach to market engagement, develop plan for how markets can activate social and digital at scale to ensure consistency with global brand direction and strategy.
- Build robust test and learn approach, oversee new effectiveness and analysis process.
- Oversee budget management across all social and digital and ensure A&P is effectively allocated to support the communication agenda in priority markets.
- SOCIAL CHANNEL & CONTENT MANAGEMENT
- Lead a new vision for social content development, refine current approach and work with social team to update to drive impact.
- Lead the day to day social and creative studio, managing all workflows and day to day team delivery.
- Oversee content planning for partner channels.
- Work closely with partner social media and digital teams to ensure effective activation of partnership social assets and all KPI’s are met.
- Collaborate with content team on overall social, digital content needs for partner content and activation strategy across the partnership, ensuring efficient use of all the contract deliverables to drive the most value for the brand.
- Collaborate with creator team to integrate and develop strong creator led content for social channels.
- Lead channel and community management strategy and oversee day to day approach with community manager.
- Develop integrated social and digital strategy aligning new sports led approach to digital.
- Lead approach for ECRM, SEO and GEO ensuring consistency with overall sports led approach.
- Lead approach for regular global market communications to deliver digital strategy, case studies and best practice throughout the financial year.
- Support markets on building clear and consistent digital consumer approach and plans that drive brand objectives.
- Work closely with internal social, comms and partnerships teams to ensure global campaign amplification is truly integrated and delivers on propelling the brand forwards in culture.
- Track and manage digital effectiveness.
- Leadership
- Manage social and digital studio (consists of Community manager, social strategists, creative director, designer and digital manager), supporting their growth and experience within the communications field.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a daily basis to ensure we deliver and execute compelling campaigns and activations in local markets.

- You have prior experience in a marketing manager or similar role.

- Are extremely consumer-centric, understanding how modern luxury & youth culture works, turning strong understanding of consumer insights into actionable strategy, comms & activations.
- Have strong entrepreneurship skills, being able to proactively assess brand needs, understand consumer insight and transform them into actionable strategy.
- Thrive in a team environment but are also self-motivated – demonstrate tenacity, resilience, strive to deliver results.
- Are adept at planning and organisation – structured planning, organised time effectively, good project management skills, meet deadlines.
- Have strong presentation skills – confidence to present formally to internal and external audiences with ability to bring audience with you.
