Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination and rollout of global shopper marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and adaptation for key market requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Brand and Market Shopper Teams to develop and implement shopper campaigns across physical retail, e-commerce, and Global Travel Retail (GTR).
- Manage the full lifecycle of shopper toolkits—from briefing and creative development to stakeholder alignment, rollout, and performance tracking.
- Ensure consistent deployment of best practices across markets by actively contributing to the Global Shopper Marketing Expert Community.
- Monitor campaign performance and shopper data to support continuous optimization and ensure shopper relevance and effectiveness.
- Support the implementation of the Shopper Optimization Framework, applying established tools and methodologies across programs.
- Balance global consistency with local flexibility by coordinating with markets to adapt retail messaging, design, and toolkits.
- Drive collaboration with internal and external partners, including agencies, to ensure high-quality asset delivery and flawless execution.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation, ideally within FMCG or spirits.
- A track record of contributing to multi-market toolkit and asset rollouts across diverse retail environments.
- Strong project management skills, including experience coordinating creative development, timelines, approvals, and multiple stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of TTL/BTL marketing tactics and how to apply them through shopper-centric executions.
- Experience working within matrixed, international organisations, with the ability to collaborate across diverse markets and cultures.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
