Your unique contribution: The Senior Brand Manager is a key contributor to the strategic development, management and activation of a brand portfolio with the objective to constantly enhance the brand’s value proposition and grow the business.
You will have the following main areas of responsibility:
- Brand strategy: Contribute to the development of the brand(s) strategy in keeping with the Group’s global framework. Bringing to life the brand positioning, drawing on key consumer insights, articulating portfolio strategies in key geographies, identifying growth opportunities, including NPD and Last Three feet conversion initiatives.
- Product development: Lead NPD, Ltd Editions and Special Packs.
- Portfolio Management: Lead/support the enhancement/rationalization of the range: restages, formats, secondary packaging, design to sustainable value projects, brand representation in S&OP.
- Brand Activation: Lead the development of product and campaign-led activation platforms, guidelines and tools (POSM), with the expert support of On-premise and Shopper Marketing CoEs.
- Brand World: develop/enhance brand visual identity guidelines and ensure compliance across all touchpoints.

- Stakeholders include Gins & Aperitifs LT, Brand Comms, Content and Earned Media, Shopper Marketing, Consumer Insights, PR & Event and Trade & Advocacy CoE, Global Innovation, external agencies and market entities.
