As a member of the marketing department, you will work cross functionally to ensure our brands are present and play an active role in the moments that matter in consumers' lives. You will have a commitment to efficiency and ROI, to learning and improving and sharing best practice across the department and markets to enable us to accelerate our performance.

You will have a clear view of the big initiatives that will accelerate growth for our business, from A&P investment, to NPD (New Product Development), to digital acceleration & experiential and you will focus on delivering these with impact.

Your unique contribution at Pernod Ricard UK will involve engaging with our consumers and partners through digital technology. As the Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in reaching various business functions including external retailer customers, agencies, commercial, marketing and eCommerce teams.

This role will primarily focus on delivering best in class consumer experience and conversion across our online retailers with key focus on grocery.com. eCommerce is a critical channel for our ongoing success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day management of display media plans and performance marketing budgets across grocery.com accounts.
  • Management of media agency to ensure execution of campaign/strategy alignment, optimisations, portfolio prioritisation and planning.
  • Cross collaboration with commercial leads and brand marketers for bespoke online marketing opportunities.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Utilise ‘Digital Shelf’ tools to measure ‘share of voice’ and drive sales.
  • Assist in delivery of new and innovative online experiences.
  • Planning and production of eCommerce media content.
