Location: London Office

Contract type: Initial 12-month contract with potential to stay another 12 months in this office-based role or rotate to an international market as a Brand Ambassador (subject to availability).

About the International Brand Ambassador Programme

This Marketing Associate role is a part of the International Brand Ambassador Programme, which is designed to develop future commercial, marketing, and advocacy talent. The programme offers participants the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global marketing or brand homes environment before potentially progressing into an international Brand Ambassador role.

Year One – Marketing Associate

There are a number of different Marketing Associate roles, each have different responsibilities that we can speak to you about during the recruitment process and we go into some detail under ‘key responsibilities’ section further down. In essence you will be based in London and will support global marketing or brand home teams in delivering key strategic initiatives and projects. You will gain valuable exposure to international brand building, project management, commercial planning, and stakeholder engagement while working with teams across multiple markets.

Year Two – International Opportunity

Subject to business requirements, performance, and placement availability, participants may have the opportunity to undertake an international Brand Ambassador assignment in a key global market. This unique experience provides exposure to consumer engagement, trade advocacy, education, and brand activation in a live market environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing: This role sits within the Brand Homes and Consumer Experience team, supporting the growth of our distilleries, visitor experiences, e-commerce channels, and direct-to-consumer engagement. The successful candidate will help develop and execute campaigns that drive visitation, increase online sales, and strengthen brand awareness across key audiences. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, they will contribute to strategic projects focused on CRM, consumer journey optimisation, communications, PR, and innovative initiatives designed to attract new consumers to our brands.
  • Prestige Marketing & Experiences Associate: The Prestige Hospitality Marketing Associate supports the development and delivery of bespoke luxury experiences, product innovation projects, and brand activation. Working within a cross-functional team, the role combines project management, stakeholder coordination, creative asset development, and operational execution to deliver exceptional experiences for high-net-worth consumers and key brand audiences. The position acts as a central point of contact across multiple departments, including Brand Homes, Private Client, Packaging, Design, Blending, Production, and Agency partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
  • Brand Marketing Associate: As a Global Marketing & Activation Associate, you will support the delivery of international marketing initiatives across multiple markets, helping to bring global brand strategies to life. Working closely with global brand teams, local markets, and agency partners, you will assist in the development and execution of activations, innovation launches, and market communications. You will play a key role in coordinating projects, monitoring performance, sharing best practices, and providing operational support to ensure successful execution across markets. This role offers valuable exposure to global brand management, cross-functional collaboration, and international marketing operations.
