We operate a hybrid working approach, which allows you to manage your time between home and office. Note, this is a fixed term contract for two years.

The Absolut Company manages the production, packaging and strategic marketing of a portfolio of premium spirits brands within the Crystal Brand Unit, Pernod Ricard’s clear spirits and ready-to-drink (RTD) division. Based in Stockholm, our portfolio includes Absolut Vodka, Malibu, and Kahlúa. We aim to shape modern drinks culture with bold, creative brands that reflect Pernod Ricard’s commitment to excellence.

Role purpose

Lead and support content localisation and adaptation projects across Absolut, Malibu and Kahlúa, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget. Assist markets in defining the best assets to use for local activations, ensuring they are legally compliant and on-brand. Act as the key coordinator between global teams, local markets and agency partners, helping drive best practice, efficiency and consistency across all content adaptation activities. Support campaign development, creative excellence and performance tracking initiatives across the Global Creative Content team.

Your unique contribution

  • Lead asset adaptation development from brief to delivery and cost management.
  • Be the brand guardian by ensuring all asset adaptations are consistent with corresponding campaign look and feel and brands’ MBIs.
  • Support the team in coordinating and assessing asset adaptation and development needs from markets, in collaboration with the teams in Stockholm and London.
  • Manage daily interactions with adaptation agency partners and local markets requesting the adaptation.
  • Oversee adaptation budget.
  • Lead coordination of best practice sharing across major Drive Markets for the brands, looking for synergies and efficiencies.
  • Coordinate regular creative reviews between the Global Content Creative team and the team in Stockholm.
  • Act as internal ambassador to showcase adaptation best practices within TAC and Pernod Ricard as a whole.
  • Lead creative awards management across the three brands, coordinating submissions, deadlines and asset requirements with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Gather, maintain and track market media investment data, helping identify opportunities, trends and best practices across regions.
  • Support the CCM EMEA and Asia teams in the development and rollout of global and regional campaigns, ensuring effective collaboration across markets and functions.
  • Support measurement and reporting of campaign and asset performance, helping identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Your blend of talent

This position could be right for you if you have:

  • A University degree (Bachelor or Master studies), IHM or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent spoken and written English language.
  • Spanish, Portuguese or French language a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, preferably with a track record of successfully leading projects or initiatives in academics, sports, professionally or extracurricular activities.
  • Structured and organised, reliable, attention to detail, hands-on.
  • Relationship building skills in an international and local environment.
  • Self-driven problem solver, creative and proactive.
