Team: Global Travel Retail, within Customer Operations (C. Ops) & Logistics & Integrated Operations. Reports to the Customer Operations Team Leader.
Responsibilities
- Managing the Order to Cash (O2C) process and delivering aftercare service to the highest standards.
- Overseeing all customer operational requirements and service for a portfolio of clients, including regular meetings, data preparation and tracking, and occasional on-site visits.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Logistics, Planning, Finance, Commercial, Legal, Marketing, Brand Companies, 3PL providers, and other Pernod Ricard affiliates to ensure client needs are met.
- Identifying, proposing, and supporting the implementation of best practices in processes, with guidance from the Team Leader and the Customer Operations & Logistics Manager.
Who you’ll be working with
- Internally: Customer Operations Team Leader, Customer Operations executive, Supply Planners, Commercial Team, Finance Team, Marketing Team, Logistics Coordinator, Wider Operations Team at all levels.
- Externally: Customers, warehouse facilities, Freight Forwarders, other adhoc.
Your blend of talent
- Have solid experience in the Order to Cash (O2C) process, ideally within an international FMCG or logistics environment.
- Are proficient in ERP systems, particularly JDE Oracle, and have strong familiarity with EDI and RPA tools.
- Possess a deep understanding of order management, pricing validation, inventory allocation, credit management, export documentation, and Incoterms.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, essential for collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners across regions.
- Bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities to manage complex order flows, ensure high OTIF and CFR performance, and minimise administrative errors.
- Have knowledge of EU/UK trade regulations and/or US import/export regulations and documentation practices.
- Are comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
