What the job involves
- Contract type: FTC - Mid-march 2027.
- Determine the vision for the Chivas Regal Social and digital strategy and agenda in collaboration with Global Brand Director.
- Lead all aspects of global social and digital from day to day management. Through to creating seamless integrated 360 campaigns that drive brand relevance and bring the cultural platform to life.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure creative excellence – from creative development through to amplification and campaign effectiveness.
- Lead new approach to market engagement, develop plan for how markets can activate social and digital at scale to ensure consistency with global brand direction and strategy.
- Build robust test and learn approach, oversee new effectiveness and analysis process.
- Oversee budget management across all social and digital and ensure A&P is effectively allocated to support the communication agenda in priority markets.
- Lead a new vision for social content development, refine current approach and work with social team to update to drive impact.
- Lead the day to day social and creative studio, managing all workflows and day to day team delivery.
- Oversee content planning for partner channels.
- Work closely with partner social media and digital teams to ensure effective activation of partnership social assets and all KPI’s are met.
- Collaborate content team on overall social, digital content needs for partner content and activation strategy across the partnership, ensuring efficient use of all the contract deliverables to drive the most value for the brand.
- Collaborate with creator team to integrate and develop strong creator led content for social channels.
- Lead channel and community management strategy and over day to day approach with community manager.
- Develop integrated social and digital strategy aligning new sports led approach to digital.
- Lead approach for ECRM, SEO and GEO ensuring consistent with overall sports led approach.
- Lead approach for regular global market communications to deliver digital strategy, case studies and best practice throughout the financial year.
- Support markets on building clear and consistent digital consumer approach and plans that drive brand objectives.
- Work closely with internal social, comms and partnerships teams to ensure global campaign amplification is truly integrated and delivers on propelling the brand forwards in culture.
- Track and manage digital effectiveness.
- Manage social and digital studio (consists of Community manager, social strategists, creative director, designer and digital manager), supporting their growth and experience within the communications field.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a daily basis to ensure we deliver and execute compelling campaigns and activations in local markets.
