In this role you provide leadership for all grain distilling operations within the Distillation & Maturation team, translating business needs into safe, reliable, high-quality site performance.

- Key requirements
- Senior leadership experience in distillation, spirits manufacturing or a comparable high hazard process environment
- Track record of delivering cost, efficiency, reliability, and sustainability improvements without compromising safety or quality
- Experience in leading, supporting and developing people, change management, and talent development
- Ability to collaborate across functions and externally and communicate effectively at diverse levels
- Hold a relevant degree or professional qualification and a full UK driving license, with ability to travel as required
