Your new team: This position sits in our Pernod Ricard UK (PRUK) business. As a Commercial Operations Executive, you will be part of our Commercial Operations team, which was created to drive the efficiency, effectiveness and capacity of the Commercial team, as an enabler to meet our ambitious growth targets. We are a small team of 3 people on a bold and exciting sales technology transformation journey, working closely with the wider Commercial and Tech/IT teams to deliver it.

Main responsibilities:

  • Field Sales Tools & Systems: Own, maintain, develop and continually improve our Field Sales systems including: Convivio (SFA), Salesforce, D-STAR (AI recommendations), BI reporting and BrandStream (brand assets).
  • Field Sales KPI Setting & Reporting: Lead the annual Field Sales & Prestige KPI setting in line with Company and Brand Strategy, including set-up in the various Field Sales systems. Own the maintenance and development of Field Sales & Prestige KPI reporting, delivering a monthly KPI report that includes actionable insights to address performance challenges.
  • On Trade Data Steward: Act as day-to-day lead for On Trade data sources including CGA RISE and On Trade wholesaler volume data. Lead the capture, investigation and resolution of data issues. Define processes and standards to improve data quality.
  • Supporting Sales Transformation Projects: Support existing and future Sales Transformation projects.

Your blend of talent:

  • Can demonstrate successful experience working within a Field Sales team, preferably On Trade focused.
  • Are computer and system literate, with successful experience in using and developing Field Sales technology, including Sales Force Automation and the Salesforce platform.
  • Are analytical with strong Excel and BI skills and can demonstrate your ability to manage data turning it into compelling insights and action.
