Role Overview

As Head of Financial Planning & Analysis you will oversee financial planning, rolling forecasting, monthly reporting and analysis within the organization. You will be a business partner, champion technology use and drive management performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial monthly reporting and ensure timely and accurate submission.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate performance versus plans, identify trends, and provide insights.
• Present forecasts to support business planning and decision‑making.
• Monitor key metrics: revenue, profitability, cost control, and recommend improvements.
• Lead the rolling forecast process and ensure accurate, timely submission.
• Track actual performance against forecast, collaborate with Commercial Finance for corrective actions.
• Develop long‑term cash flow forecasts in collaboration with Financial Accounting; analyze variances; adjust forecasts; provide executive summaries.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to support initiatives and drive growth.
• Deliver financial guidance for new product launches, pricing strategies, and market expansion.
• Participate in strategic planning, providing financial insights to support business strategies.
• Evaluate potential financial risks, recommend actions, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Lead and manage a team of 9 finance professionals, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Foster continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
• Support global and local IT and other projects.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in FP&A, preferably in a large multinational organization.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in financial modeling and software tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; able to contribute to overall strategy.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, motivating and developing staff.
• Bachelor\’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
