We at Pernod Ricard are seeking a Brand Manager, Architecture & Activation for our Chivas Brothers business. This role focuses on driving the strategic development and execution of brand architecture and activation initiatives to enhance brand equity and market presence for The Glenlivet core range.

Location: London, UK (headquarters in London, offices in Scotland and various distilleries and production sites across the UK).

Key Responsibilities

  • The Glenlivet Core Range – Innovation Pipeline: Support the restage, range expansion, and limited‑edition creation around the core aged whiskies: 12YO, 15YO, and 18YO. Analyse category dynamics and consumer trends to identify opportunities and adapt the innovation strategy. Collaborate with the culture & creativity studio, product development, consumer insight, and finance teams to develop clear, simple concepts, premium designs, and desirable packaging. Develop compelling sell‑in documents and toolkits. Coordinate launch events with the PR and Events Centre of Excellence. Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects on time within scope.
  • The Glenlivet Core Range – Market Exclusives: Support restage, range expansion, and limited‑edition creation for specific markets such as the USA, Taiwan, and Global Travel Retail. Work with market‑specific consumer insight teams to develop relevant innovations. Provide key visuals and assets for market exclusives with the Glenlivet Coms & Content Creation team. Develop sell‑in documents and toolkits. Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects on time within scope.
  • The Glenlivet Core Range – Gifting Strategy: Define the gifting strategy through market and competitive audit. Develop gifting packs in coordination with creative, finance, and product development stakeholders. Ensure shelf presence via premium festive packaging and compelling storytelling. Provide key visuals and assets for festive packs. Develop sell‑in documents and toolkits. Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects on time within scope.
  • Other Responsibilities: Lead budget management for the Glenlivet core range. Develop education content for the core range. Contribute to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) summarising brand activities and key initiatives. Provide competitive intelligence on new competitors.

Working With: Internally, you will collaborate with Marketing Managers, Shopper Marketing, Consumer Insights, Commercial teams, and cross‑functional colleagues in NPD and packaging. Externally, you will engage creative agencies, production partners, and brand ambassadors involved in campaign delivery and brand education.

  • Creative eye and openness to collaborate with creative partners.
  • 1st experience in brand management within a consumer goods or premium brand environment.
  • Strong project management and communication skills with ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for brand storytelling and consumer engagement, delivering high‑quality brand experiences.
  • Ability to work with multiple cultures across geographies.
