Reporting to: Irish Distillers marketing team and dotted line to BA Programmes team in Dublin and the local commercial team in Belfast.

Role Overview
You will be a Jameson Brand Ambassador in Ireland or an international market, representing the brand globally, building brand awareness and relevance through education, advocacy and trade engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Approx. 80-90% field‑based work delivering product training, tastings, events and brand activation with bartenders, consumers, and trade partners; 10-20% office‑based support to local marketing teams for planning, reporting, and market insights.
Core Areas of the role
- Brand Education: Support sales teams and conduct tastings for trade accounts and consumers.
- Brand Activation: Identify and execute brand activations within the local brand plan.
- Cultural Advocacy: Engage with local cultural figures to drive brand awareness.
- Content Creation: Capture on‑brand content for local & global channels.
- Share of Mind: Ensure the Jameson brand remains front‑of‑mind with consumers.
Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Relevant third‑level qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Full, clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel
- Full legal right to work in Ireland is essential
- Bartending and/or hospitality experience
- Experience / interest in travel
- Interest in music, art and culture
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills
- Outgoing and personable, with excellent relationship‑building ability
- Positive, proactive mindset with a strong “can‑do” attitude
- Commercially aware with sound business acumen
- Creative, innovative and collaborative in approach
- Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work independently with strong IT skills
- Able to adapt to new countries, cultures and situations
