The predicted salary is between 28800 - 42000 Β£ per year.

Your Mission:

A two year programme, in which you will gain experience during year one as a marketing associate, with the opportunity to move overseas for year two as a brand ambassador.

  • Year 1: Gain operational experience within a global marketing or activation environment providing dedicated support on marketing or market activation initiatives. Responsibilities will evolve by pillar and the associate is expected to undertake any reasonable work expected.

  • Year 2: Option to become a brand ambassador in a key international market.

Location:

Year one will be based in the London office. For year two, you could be assigned a placement in a key global market. Each year we have opportunities in Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and Australasia and the role will be based in the local Pernod Ricard Market Company.

Global Marketing or Brand Home Teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design new tools, assets and toolkits for markets to deliver best in class experiences in consultation with internal teams and agency partners.

  • Manage updates on internal communication platforms e.g. My Brands and IBP Storybooks

  • Work with cross functional teams and collaborate with drive markets on activations, monitor and report on results.

  • Assist in communicating global brand plans. Collect, structure and share best practice activations among markets.

  • Launch limited editions and VAPs and inform sustainability strategy.

  • Day to day management of budget and internal financial systems.

Candidate Profile:

Desired experience:

  • Working knowledge: Drive for business results, influencing and partnering and experience planning.

  • Strong planning and excellent organisation skills. Ability to respect deadlines.

  • A proactive, reliable self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, the confidence and ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment.

  • Presentation skills: confidence to present formally to internal and external audiences with the ability to engage.

  • Proven analytical abilities, assimilates data quickly and is able to carry out appropriate analysis. Numerical and financial skills for budget analysis.

  • Right to work in the UK.

  • Relevant work experience (please state exact dates) in sales or marketing post university.

  • A commitment to living abroad in year two and a desire to continue an international career beyond the programme.

  • A self-confident, outgoing individual who actively enjoys building strong relationships.

  • A self-starter who takes initiative to make things happen – entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, a β€˜can do’ attitude.

  • Maturity and professionalism – strikes an appropriate balance between leveraging conviviality and representing the brand and company in an appropriate manner.

  • A passion for the bar scene and mixology, and therefore can inspire and connect with the bar community.

  • A responsible attitude and approach towards alcohol.
