You will join our Talent & Inclusion team, supporting the coordination and delivery of inclusion (DEI) activity across the UK & Ireland affiliates. This role plays an important part in helping create a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported and able to thrive.
Your unique contribution
- You will be responsible for supporting day‑to‑day inclusion activity, ensuring projects run smoothly, communications land well, and colleagues across both countries have a consistent and engaging experience.
- This is a hands‑on coordination role with a strong focus on organisation, communication and supporting employee networks.
Inclusion (DEI) Coordination
- Support the planning and delivery of inclusion initiatives across the UK & Ireland, aligned with local and Group plans and priorities.
- Coordinate logistics for inclusion events, workshops and awareness moments (e.g., calendar moments, ERG events).
- Help prepare communications, newsletters and updates that promote inclusion activity internally.
- Maintain and update inclusion plans, trackers, timelines and project documents.
- Assist with collecting and organising diversity-related data and insights for reporting and dashboards.
- Support the running of employee networks (ERGs), including scheduling meetings, event support, budget tracking and follow‑up actions.
- Build relationships with local partners, charities and DEI organisations to strengthen our community connections.
- Help produce materials such as slide decks, briefing notes and summary reports.
General HR & Admin Support
- Provide administrative support to the Talent & Inclusion function across the UK & Ireland (e.g., scheduling, document management, meeting preparation).
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Internal Comms and Sustainability teams to ensure smooth delivery of joint initiatives.
- Support logistics for selected development or awareness sessions where they link closely to inclusion activity (e.g., inclusive leadership sessions).
- Help maintain consistency of processes and documentation across the UK & Ireland teams.
