Your new team: This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. At Chivas Brothers, our 1,600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future.

Your unique contribution: You will have these main areas of responsibility:

  • The role of a Brand Home Hospitality Assistant is to be a facilitator of the brand home operations (tastings, stocks in the shop) to optimise the customer experience.
  • Perform a vital support role within the Brand Home and therefore contribute to the overall success of providing an exceptional customer experience to trade and public visitors.
  • Prepare and clear whisky tastings and experiences for our visitors, assist with catering and general housekeeping.
  • Actively build relationships with colleagues in all departments to contribute to a convivial and positive working environment in which to welcome visitors.

It is an essential requirement you have your own accommodation within commutable distance to your assigned place of work; Strathisla Distillery in Keith, Aberlour Distillery in Aberlour or The Glenlivet Distillery in Ballindalloch.

Note these are fixed term contract roles lasting 3-7 months with intakes in March, May and June for example, but not limited to, mid-March until end October or early June until end August.

Who you’ll be working with: Internally, you’ll work with Scotland and Prestige Brand Home Teams, Global Brand Ambassadors, the Visits Coordinator, the Distillery, Warehousing and Engineering teams, Blending and Marketing teams and H&S advisors. Externally, your contacts will be our visitors, trade guests including HNWI, tour operators/guides and drivers, local business partners, suppliers and contractors.
