This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. The Health & Safety (H&S) team at Pernod Ricard are a team of 12 supporting our sites across the UK, focusing on driving a culture of proactive health and safety.

Your unique contribution includes:

  • Strategic Partnering & Engagement: Being a trusted partner to site leaders, building environments where safety is second nature.
  • People Leadership: Leading and supporting the safety advisors in your region.
  • Cultural Maturity: Breathing life into our health and safety framework.
  • Standards & Systems: Supporting high-hazard risk and COMAH compliance.
  • Change Management: Driving proactive engagement in site changes and developments.
  • Training & Development: Helping our teams move from lagging indicators to learning insights.

Internally, you’ll collaborate across functions — connecting with operations, HR, engineering, and more. Externally, you will collaborate with the Health and Safety Executive and other regulatory bodies.

This position could be right for you if you:

  • Bring genuine care for people and a belief that safety is about enabling good work.
  • Have Professional Health and Safety qualifications (i.e. NEBOSH).
  • Have proven experience in a similar health and safety role.
  • Are a natural relationship builder.
  • Have experience in incident analysis and risk assessment methodologies.
