About the team

Our Vision as a marketing department is to be the engine of our business, fundamentally setting and driving the strategy that will enable PRUK to achieve its goals. As a member of the marketing department, you will work cross functionally to ensure our brands are present and play an active role in the moments that matter in consumers' lives.

About your role

As Senior Brand Manager, you’ll lead the long‐term strategic direction of Jameson in the UK, translating consumer insight and cultural opportunity into sharp brand choices and standout plans. Your key priority projects will include championing our serve strategy, using Jameson Ginger & Lime as a powerful recruitment pathway for new and younger drinkers, and landing our portfolio strategy with impact and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver Jameson’s long‐term brand strategy, aligned to global direction but rooted firmly in UK culture.
  • Lead the annual brand planning process, grounded in insight, market dynamics and competitive understanding.
  • Develop and deliver best‐in‐class communication and activation plans — from ATL to digital, experiential and partnerships.
  • Own agency relationships, briefing brilliantly and ensuring work lands with impact.
  • Track brand health and performance month‐by‐month, identifying risks and opportunities and taking confident, considered action.
  • Work hand‐in‐hand with Commercial and Customer Marketing teams to ensure brand plans translate into commercial success.
  • Commission and interpret category analysis and consumer research to deepen understanding and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Act as a true custodian of the Jameson brand, setting the standard for consistency, quality and creative stretch across every touchpoint.
  • Lead the day‐to‐day running of the brand with confidence, clarity and pace, ensuring priorities are clear and delivery is strong.
  • Line‐manage and develop an Assistant Brand Manager, providing direction, coaching and support to enable standout performance.

Who you’ll work with

Internally, you’ll be part of our close-knit Jameson UK Brand Team and work cross-functionally with Global Brand Team, Digital/Social & in-house Creative Studio, Customer Marketing & Commercial Teams, Finance, Ops, Category and Supply Chain. Externally, you’ll link up with Creative and Media agencies, Experiential & sampling partners, influencers, talent and brand collaborators.
