Coordinate marketing assets between Pernod Ricard’s Global Creative Content team in London, the Global Creative Content team in Stockholm, and local markets worldwide. Manage asset adaptation briefs, collaborate with agencies, and support localised launches of Absolut, Malibu, and Kahlúa assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with local markets (UK, Spain, France, and others) to define optimal marketing assets for local brand campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand, compliant with group and local standards and legislation.
- Lead and support asset development and adaptation projects across Absolut, Malibu and Kahlúa from brief to delivery.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring all asset adaptations are consistent with the brands’ identities.
- Manage daily interactions with agency partners who adapt the assets.
- Coordinate ongoing projects within the team.
- Organise regular creative reviews between the Global Content team in London and TAC headquarters in Stockholm.
- Share best practice across major markets and act as an internal ambassador for Absolut, Malibu and Kahlúa.
Team Collaboration
Internally, work with global and local marketing teams, and externally with creative and marketing agencies.
Qualifications
- Recent university graduate or first professional experience after completing school, college, or apprenticeship.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading projects or initiatives in academics, sports, or other fields.
- Structured, organised, reliable, hands-on and with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable building relationships locally and with colleagues from other countries.
- Self-driven problem solver, creative and proactive.
- Adaptable to changing, matrixed environments and works collaboratively.
- Business-fluent English; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese or French is a plus.
