Your new team
Pernod Ricard-owned House of Tequila is responsible for the brand management of the group’s award-winning ‘Made in Mexico’ range of tequila and mezcal, comprising Olmeca, Altos, Avión and Del Maguey. Its portfolio of Mexican spirits showcases the full spectrum of high-quality tequila production, and a laser focus on excellence and quality is the driving force behind the House’s work.
Your new role
The Marketing Manager, Creative Content will report to the Global Director Communications, Content & Partnerships and will have a global remit but a strong focus on Europe as a key growth driver for Tequila. This is a fixed-term contract of up to 12 months.
Your unique contribution
- Work with the Director of Global Communications, Content and Earned Media and the broader House of Tequila comms team to bring to life the Global Brand Strategy in UK and Europe.
- Ensure consumer trends and insights for UK and Europe are captured by the Global team.
- Integrate closely with UK & Mexico on:
- Communications Planning
- Content Strategy
- Creative Concept
- Creative Executions – including image assets for channel
- Drive creative and strategic Leadership – from vision to creative partners – across the key markets and support them in the following:
- FY Brand Plan and Strategy
- FY Budgeting and Resource
- Provide UK and Europe teams with visibility on Global Communications Strategies, Concepts, Executions
- Lead amplification of Global assets in the Markets
- Drive concept to execution for UK and Europe lead creative campaigns
- Work as a cross functional team member and actively partake in the following conversations:
- Annual Fee negotiation (new scope including Market needs)
- Ongoing project management, including budget tracking
- End of year performance assessment
- Work with the Global Communications team and PR UK to define a scope of work if needed:
- From ATL to BTL, ensure visibility on the FY initiatives that will allow us to act nimbly and effectively for the appropriate projects for the Markets
- Support the Europe on content within and beyond the brand campaign, when and if necessary.
- Ensure internal visibility of the creative content within the Pernod Ricard.
