This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. At Chivas Brothers, our 1,600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future, as well as opening it up to new audiences across the globe.
The Brand Manager, Architecture & Activation will drive the strategic development and execution of brand architecture and activation initiatives to enhance brand equity and market presence. Key missions include:
- The Glenlivet Core Range – Innovation Pipeline
- Support the restage, range expansion and limited-edition creation around The Glenlivet core aged whiskies: 12YO, 15YO and 18YO
- Analyse category dynamics and consumer trends to identify “white spaces” opportunities and adapt innovation strategy accordingly
- Work hand in hand with the culture & creativity studio, the product development team, the consumer insight team and the finance team to bring to life clear and simple concepts, premium design as well as desirable packaging
- Collaborate with the Glenlivet Coms & Content Creation team to bring to life key visuals and assets for these core new products
- Develop compelling sell-in documents and toolkit
- Develop launch event in collaboration with the PR and Events Centre of Excellence
- Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects at the highest quality standard, on time and within scope
- The Glenlivet Core Range - Market Exclusives
- Support the restage, range expansion and limited-edition creation around The Glenlivet core aged whiskies for specific markets like the USA, Taiwan or Global Travel Retail
- Work hand in hand with these markets and their consumer insight team to bring to life market exclusive relevant innovation
- Collaborate with the Glenlivet Coms & Content Creation team to bring to life key visuals and assets for these market exclusives
- Develop compelling sell-in documents and toolkit
- Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects at the highest quality standard, on time and within scope
- The Glenlivet Core Range – Gifting Strategy
- Define the Glenlivet core range gifting strategy through a market and competitive audit
- Bring to life the gifting packs in coordination with the creative, finance and product development internal stakeholders
- Ensure shelf stand out via premium festive packaging and consumer relevance via compelling storytelling
- Collaborate with the Glenlivet Coms & Content Creation team to bring to life key visuals and assets for these festive packs
- Develop compelling sell-in documents and toolkit
- Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects at the highest quality standard, on time and within scope
- Others
- Financial: lead budget management for The Glenlivet Core Range
- Education: develop education content for The Glenlivet Core Range
- IBP: be the main contributor for The Glenlivet Core Range to the bi-annual Integrated Business Planning summarising the brand activities and key initiatives
- Competitive intelligence: become the point of reference for the team about any The Glenlivet Core Range competitor news
Internally, you’ll work with Marketing Manager, Shopper Marketing, Consumer Insights, Commercial teams, and cross-functional colleagues in NPD and packaging. Externally, your contacts will include creative agencies, production partners, and brand ambassadors involved in campaign delivery and brand education.
