Pernod Ricard’s Global Travel Retail (GTR) division is one of the Group’s largest markets, bringing our world‑renowned brands to life across various travel channels worldwide.
The Logistics & Quality Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and operational execution of inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics, ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations across 2 regional warehouses and a 13M EUR budget. This position acts as the primary data architect and operational lead, translating capacity targets into high performing logistics outcomes while driving product and service quality improvements across the supply chain.
- Strategic analysis, innovation & projects: Leverage data to build and maintain dynamic Cost to Serve (CTS) models, analyse data to identify recurring execution issues, and develop analytical tools to stress test capacity against forecasts.
- Quality, Compliance & LOOP: Act as the operational lead for logistics quality and compliance activities, drive corrective actions with Brand Companies, and support recalls and regulatory inspections.
- Operational Logistics Management: Liaise with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to optimise deliveries, manage procurement of packaging, and organise stock counts.
- Logistics & budget execution: Manage the day-to-day spend of circa 13M EUR Distribution budget, oversee relationships with carriers and warehouses, and lead the transport strategy.
- Leadership & culture: Line manage the Logistics and Quality coordinator, champion a culture of transparency, and ensure effective prioritisation within the team.
