About the role

The HR Business Partner at Pernod Ricard partners with the business to align people priorities with organisational goals, contributing to long-term success while fostering a culture of conviviality and performance.

What you will do

  • Strategic HR Planning and Partnership
    • Collaborate closely with business leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
    • Partner with global teams to deliver key initiatives, including team design and senior talent planning.
    • Work across leadership teams to align the People Strategy and support organisational growth.
  • Talent Management and Succession Planning
    • Support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies in partnership with global teams.
    • Design and implement effective succession plans to build a diverse and future-ready leadership pipeline.
    • Champion career development initiatives that enable employees to grow and thrive.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance
    • Act as a trusted point of support for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
    • Ensure alignment with local labour laws, cultural practices, and risk management policies.
    • Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful working environment.
  • Performance and Change Management
    • Enhance performance management approaches to align with team and organisational goals.
    • Lead and support organisational development and change initiatives in partnership with leadership teams.
    • Enable transformation projects that support people priorities and business.
  • HR & Leadership
    • Use HR data insights to inform decisions, including workforce planning and budget management.
    • Coach and support People Partners to deliver tailored HR solutions.
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives aligned to global standards.
