What you will do
- Strategic HR Planning and Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Partner with global teams to deliver key initiatives, including team design and senior talent planning. Work across leadership teams to align the People Strategy and support organisational growth.
- Talent Management and Succession Planning: Support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies in partnership with global teams. Design and implement effective succession plans to build a diverse and future‑ready leadership pipeline. Champion career development initiatives that enable employees to grow and thrive.
- Employee Relations and Compliance: Act as a trusted point of support for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes. Ensure alignment with local labour laws, cultural practices, and risk management policies. Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful working environment.
- Performance and Change Management: Enhance performance management approaches to align with team and organisational goals. Lead and support organisational development and change initiatives in partnership with leadership teams. Enable transformation projects that support people priorities and business strategy.
- Data‑Driven HR & Leadership: Use HR data insights to inform decisions, including workforce planning and budget management. Coach and support People Partners to deliver tailored HR solutions. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives aligned to global strategy.
Your skills and experience
- Experience in HR business partnering within a complex and evolving environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Ability to adapt confidently to changing business needs.
