As a Head of HR Business Partnering, you will be a key player in aligning our strategic HR and business objectives with leadership teams across multiple local and global affiliates and functions within the UK HR One team. Your key responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs and Senior HRBPs) and People Partners, and one Intern who engages with business leaders to consistently address talent needs and organisational challenges.
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement and cultural initiatives, empowering (Senior) HRBPs and People Partners to enhance the overall employee experience within the organisation.
- HR Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals, providing guidance to (Senior) HRBPs and People Partners in their interactions with business leaders.
- Coaching & Support: Provide coaching and support on performance management, talent development, and succession planning to ensure effective HR practices across the organisation.
- HR Metrics: Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making processes and drive continuous improvement in HR initiatives and programs.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring that HRBPs and Advisors promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Collaboration: Proactive and positive collaboration with Centres of Excellence to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Change Management: Drive change management initiatives and support organisational transformation efforts to adapt to evolving business environments.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and inform ongoing improvements.
Internally, you’ll work with the UK HRD integrated, UK CoE HRD, Heads of HR Centres of Excellence (CoE) and Head of HRSS to deliver cohesive, industry-leading and high-impact HR services and support to the business. Externally, your contacts will be with industry and function experts, and to maintain visibility of sector developments and best practices.
