Responsibilities

As we embark on an exciting phase of growth, we are looking to bring on a talented Sr DevOps Engineer. You will be joining a small team where research and engineering doesn’t sit on a shelf – it powers live trading decisions. You will be supporting customer-facing rollouts with Product and Commercial teams, ensuring production reliability. Additionally, you will help improve engineering processes, observability, and system resilience as we scale.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ relevant experience in a similar DevOps Engineer focused role
  • Expert AWS, strong CI/CD, IaC and strong experience building, deploying and operating reliable, scalable, end-to-end production APIs and data pipelines for external clients
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, observability, monitoring, incident response, and operational best practices
  • High ownership mentality who can work across the stack with a primary responsibility for DevOps reliability
  • Demonstrated experience working in start-up/scale-up environment(s)
  • Similar experience in data, AI, market data, fintech or other institutional/enterprise-facing API products
  • Excellent communication and pragmatic, methodical decision making skills
  • Happy to stay hands on while helping the platform function operate more effectively
  • Self starter with a passion for building innovative products and leading small teams
  • Ability to balance speed with robustness, and challenge/push back when necessary
  • Experience with streaming architecture
  • Understanding of machine learning and/or experience building out MLOPS on top of DevOps
  • Experience with scaling LLM/agentic products
