Our client AVTAV Ltd is a specialist aviation and supply chain recruitment partner, operating across aviation, industrial, and construction environments. We are known for delivering fully compliant, security-cleared workforce solutions within highly regulated settings. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team with commercially driven 360 Recruitment Consultants / Divisional Managers to support and develop our Aviation Supply division. The role will be based in our West Drayton office, with hybrid working available.
We are looking to strengthen our Aviation division with experienced 360 recruiters. This is a platform with established infrastructure across compliance, vetting, training, and operations, allowing you to focus on building, growing, and owning your desk. ROLE DETAILS
- Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant / Divisional Manager – Aviation Supply
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday (with flexibility in line with business needs)
PAY
- Basic Salary: £35,000+ (DOE)
- Commission Structure: Uncapped, based on desk performance and growth
- Car Allowance: Included
- OTE: High earning potential aligned to billings
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Full 360 recruitment role – business development through to delivery
- Build, develop, and grow your own desk within aviation, industrial, and construction supply
- Generate new business and maintain existing client relationships
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, placement)
- Work closely with vetting, compliance, and training teams
- Drive revenue, margin, and headcount growth in line with business targets
- Maintain strong client and candidate relationships within a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to team performance and overall business growth strategy
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment (essential)
- Demonstrated ability to build and grow a desk (sales track record required)
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to generate revenue
- Experience within aviation, logistics, industrial, or construction sectors (preferred)
- Ability to work independently with high levels of ownership
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
