Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.

Operational Efficiency & Cost Control

Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational workflows.
Monitor and report on key logistics metrics, ensuring performance targets are met.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline inventory control and warehouse management processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and distribution partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding logistics and order fulfillment inquiries.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements to improve supply chain efficiency.

Technology & Process Optimization

Utilize CRM and logistics software to track orders, optimize routes, and enhance reporting accuracy.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve logistics operations.

Essential Qualifications

Proven experience in logistics management within wholesale distribution
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Expertise in inventory control, supply chain strategy, and warehouse operations
Ability to streamline logistics processes for cost efficiency and service excellence
Proficiency in CRM and logistics software
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
