Our client is a 10 partner, full-service firm of Chartered Accountants, operating in Loughton. The firm's diverse clientele spans a multitude of sectors, with a particular focus on serving owner-managed businesses and their entrepreneur owners. Additionally, our client expertly caters to UK subsidiaries of large international groups.
Job Summary
We require an Accounts Senior to join our Business Services Group (BSG)., undertaking general accountancy work for a variety of clients in different sectors.
Core Responsibilities
· Prepare statutory accounts for a range of entities, including limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, LLPs, charities, and groups.
· Prepare and review VAT returns, bookkeeping assignments, and management accounts.
· Ensure all work is completed within agreed timescales and budgets.
· Clear review points, post adjustments, and produce high-quality final files with minimal outstanding queries.
· Involvement in the outsource function including sending jobs to outsource, dealing with queries and initial review from outsource.
· Maintain accurate and timely time recording and complete timesheets using CCH.
