Who are we:
We are a medium sized, Top 50 practice, established over 80 years ago and located in the heart of London's West End. We offer a highly competitive package of salary and benefits and exceptional prospects for promotion for the right candidates, which stems from our policy of not hiring externally for positions above the Audit and Accounts Senior level. We have promoted 9 new Partners in the last 3 years, on the back of continued growth. One of the Partners, promoted in May 2022, joined as an Audit and Accounts Senior just 10 months prior! We also have a history of promoting exceptional Audit Seniors to the role of Manager in a short space of time, with the latest Manager promoted within 3 months of joining us as a Senior.
The opportunity:
- Are you an ACA qualified Assistant Manager, Senior, or a Finalist?
- Have you recently qualified from the big 4 and had enough of being overworked and undervalued?
- Or perhaps you are at a smaller firm with limited progression opportunities?
