As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Technical Administrator to join our Technical Hub team.
Supporting the Technical Department, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the accurate preparation, coordination and management of technical information for customers, contractors and internal teams. Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Technical Services and Laboratory functions, you’ll help deliver high-quality technical documentation and ensure requests are responded to efficiently and professionally.
Full training will be provided on specialist systems and software, including U-value calculations.
- Preparing and maintaining technical documents, specifications and technical data sheets.
- Producing U-value calculations to support project requirements (full training provided).
- Maintaining technical databases, product information and system documentation.
- Assisting with technical submittals and project-specific information requests.
- Monitoring technical inboxes and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Supporting the wider Technical Team with day-to-day administrative and project-related tasks.
Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
A full UK driving licence.
Experience in a technical administration, construction, architectural technology or building-related environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
Full training and ongoing professional development.
