We are looking to recruit an experienced design engineer to join our Rail Civils team in Swindon. The role would ideally suit a self-motivated individual looking to advance their career in a dynamic and diverse organisation – career progression opportunities are widely available and fully encouraged.

You will work on a variety of exciting projects and enjoy working in a vibrant team, modern environment and in a high quality location.

The successful candidate will be expected to have detailed civil and structural design experience, preferably within the rail sector. Ideally the experience will encompass all stages of the design process from feasibility to construction.

Essentially a technical role, the successful candidate would also be expected to provide guidance and mentorship to junior subordinate staff.
