WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Leading and managing the kitchen Preparing and cooking high-quality food Helping develop menus and specials Supporting and developing the kitchen team Managing stock, ordering and reducing food waste Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards Taking responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen during service Maintaining consistently high standards WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for an experienced chef who is: Confident leading a kitchen Passionate about food and presentation Organised and reliable Comfortable working in a busy environment Able to manage a team and lead by example Looking for long-term work rather than just a short-term position If you're looking for the chance to join a new restaurant and really make your mark, this could be the opportunity for you.
