If you want a recruitment desk with purpose, pace and long‑term career upside, this one hits all three. This Renewable & Green Energy Engineering division is scaling fast in Leeds, and theyre looking for a consultant who wants to build a name in one of the UKs most future‑proof technical markets.
Youll be working with EPCs, developers and engineering consultancies delivering solar, BESS, wind, hydrogen and wider net‑zero projects. Its a market with real momentum and zero signs of slowing down.
What you’ll be doing
- Running a full 360 desk across engineering and project delivery.
- Building relationships with energy developers, EPCs and specialist consultancies.
- Headhunting niche technical talent across Grid, HV, Design, Project Delivery and O&M.
- Growing your own specialist vertical within the renewables space.
What we’re looking for
- Recruitment experience from any related market.
